The Polynesian Cultural Center has designated smoking areas throughout the park, and anything that produces smoke or vapor is not permitted outside of these designated areas. These designated smoking areas are clearly identified on the park map provided to guests upon their arrival.

There is no specific dress code, but guests are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and walking around the park.

Guests can cancel their reservations any time prior to 5:00 pm Hawaiian Standard Time (HST) the day before their activity date without penalty. Cancellations or No-Shows without appropriate notice will be ineligible for a refund. Guests who have purchased their tickets or ground transportation through a travel agency or tour operator must request cancellation through those sources, which invariably have their own cancellation and refund policies.

Guests are welcome to take personal pictures or video recordings at the Polynesian Cultural Center, except during the “Hā: Breath of Life” show. Photography or video recording of any kind is strictly prohibited during the “Hā: Breath of Life” show. The Polynesian Cultural Center does not allow any commercial photography or filming on the grounds without prior approval of the Sales & Marketing Department.

Yes, guests are allowed to bring outside food and nonalcoholic beverage items into the park for self-consumption, provided they are not in large coolers or glass containers and do not require heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration or temperature control.
